Our endeavor is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and you do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 10 days of delivery. We have a very transparent return policy.

 

Procedure for Return  

Step 1. Request for Return

You need to call at (+91) 011 43035001, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and raise a Return Request. You can also write to us at care@whitemango.in and generate a Return Request. While writing to care@whitemango.in , please make sure to mention the Order ID in the subject line.

 

Step 2. Case Assessment

Our Customer Support Executive shall assess your request and shall come with a resolution in 1 to 2 business days.  During this period our Quality Team may contact you over email or phone to further assess your concern and provide you a resolution

* In case there is no Reverse Pickup service available at your address, we shall request you to ship the product(s) back to the given address. In such an event, the shipping charges borne by you shall be reimbursed maximum upto Rs. 100 per Order item 

** In these cases if you insist on Refund through NEFT/Bank Account Transfer then Rs. 250 or Original Shipping Fare (Both sides) whichever is higher shall be deducted from the Order Amount as Restocking Fee.

 

*** In case the Return Request is received after the stipulated period of 10 calendar days, we may not be able to accept the Return Request. In case you insist, then you shall be required to ship the product back to the given address yourself. Rs. 250 shall be charged as Restocking Fee.

**** In case you refuse to accept the Order at the time of delivery, Rs. 250 or Original Shipping Fare (Both sides) whichever is higher shall be deducted from the Order Amount as Restocking Fee. In case you refuse to accept a Cash on Delivery Order, then you may no longer be eligible to place Cash on Delivery in future at www.whitemango.in 

 

Step 4. Return of Merchandise

Once the Return Request is approved and the product is to be shipped back, please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition. The original packaging including brand tags, boxes and dust-bags should be intact while returning the items. All returned items should be packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

In case there is no Reverse Pickup service available at your address, we shall request you to ship the product(s) back to the given address. The returning merchandise should reach our warehouse within 10 days of the approval of your Return Request.

 

Step 5. Reverse Pickup and Return Shipping

The  Customer Support team shall provide a Return Shipping Label and other documents required for transit at your registered email address. You shall then be required to fillup an online form to request for a Reverse pickup as per your convenience. We can only authorize our shipping partner 3 times for a reverse pickup attempts. In case you fail to handover the return merchandise to the authorized shipping partner within 3 attempts then you shall be required to ship the product back to us on your own expense.

 

Step 6. Merchandise Received at Merchant Location

Once the Merchandise is received at the Merchant location, we shall require 1 business day to verify your claim and authorize the Refund/Replacement.

 

Step 7. Issuing of Refund/Replacement Order

Replacement:

In case you had agreed for Replacement, a fresh Order shall be placed and it shall be shipped immediately

 

Refund through NEFT/Bank Transfer:

  1. For Order placed through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking, the Order amount shall be refunded back to the same account. WhiteMango.in authorizes the Payment Gateway to refund the order amount back to the account. It may take upto 2 to 7 days to get reflected into your bank account. You shall be notified through an email when the refund is successfully done.
  2. For Orders placed on Cash on Delivery Mode, you would be asked to provide Bank Account details in which you would want the order amount to be transferred. The Beneficiary Name should be same as the name mentioned on the billing name while placing the order. In case of any variation, there may be a requirement of KYC documentation. It may take 5 to 9 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

 

Issuance of E-Voucher:

In case you had agreed for E-Voucher, a special coupon code with the order amount shall be shared with you on your registered email address which can be used for any future purchase at www.whitemango.in and shall be valid for lifetime.

 

Please note that once the mode of resolution is finalised by WhiteMango, there can be no alteration to it in future. For example, if the Refund through NEFT/Bank Transfer was finalised as a resolution, it cannot be changed to E-Voucher at a later date.

  

Non-returnable categories

While our endeavour is always to get you best deals and we do accept returns on apparel & footwear however, following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange”; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from Merchant.

Also since lingerie,  nightwear, swimwear and intimate wear involve hygiene concern, the same shall not be considered for returns.

 

Cancellation 

Cancellation by WhiteMango: There may be certain orders that WhiteMango is unable to accept and must cancel. WhiteMango reserves the right, at WhiteMango's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by WhiteMango's credit and fraud avoidance department. WhiteMango may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. WhiteMango will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account.

Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, White Mango reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if White Mango receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by White Mango, White Mango shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time. White Mango will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. White Mango has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by White Mango and accept WhiteMango's decision regarding the cancellation.

WhiteMango reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by White Mango as per certain criteria. Any WhiteMango cash or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale

·         Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address

·         Bulk quantity of the same product ordered

·         Invalid address given in order details

·         Any malpractice used to place the order
